  • Purchasing Options
    • We offer several ways to order.
    • On-line with a credit card using our secure server.
    • On-line without credit card, call with card information.
    • Order by phone, fax or even mail orders.
  • Terms, Returns and Warranties
    • By placing your order, you indicate your agreement to these terms.
    • Tanning lamps, spa covers, and electronic parts are NOT returnable.
    • Items that have been installed are not returnable.
    • We do not allow parts to be used for testing then returned.
    • No item can be returned after 30 days from date of delivery.
    • Defective parts are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
    • Defective parts must be returned and inspected before a replacement is shipped.
    • The manufacturer looks for chemical or physical damage and unreasonable use .
    • Parts with physical damage are not warrantable.
    • Product warranties vary according to the manufacturer.
    • Some items must be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
    • We cannot expedite the RMA repair process in these situations.
    • Replacement parts can only be expedited by making a duplicate purchase.
    • You may then request a credit if returned part is found defective and warrant able
    • Products that you ordered wrong will be subject to a 25% restock charge.
    • Shipping is not refunded.
    • Items damaged in shipping should be reported to carrier first then to us.
    • Spas and More is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items during shipping
    • Items returned without a return authorization number will be refused.
    • Items returned will usually fall into one of the below categories:
    • Item has failed in the field
    • Item was ordered wrong
    • Item was sold or shipped wrong by us
    •  
    • Please use the contact us form or call to get an RGA # for returns
    • Lamp Damage
      • All damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
      • Please call Customer Service to report any damages.
      • Failure to do so can result in damaged items not being replaced.
    • Shipping
      • Shipping is based on order weight and your zip code.
      • Spa covers ship freight truck and will vary according to your zip code.
      • Tanning lamps and acrylics require extra shipping.
      • We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail but can also ship with expedited options.
      • Contact us prior to ordering for expedited shipping options.
      • P.O. Boxes usually require USPS but not all items are shippable via USPS.
      • Sorry but we do not ship orders internationally.
      • Tracking numbers are usually available for your convenience
      • Please allow up to 24 hrs for your order to be processed
      • Stock items usually ship within 48 hours after the order is processed
      • Out of stock items usually ship 5 to 7 days after the order is processed
      • You will usually receive your order in 7 to 10 days
      • Some items ship factory direct to you and those shipping times and carriers will vary.
      • All items may not be in stock at all times
      • Sorry but we do not ship C.O.D. orders.
    • Other Terms and Conditions
      • The receipt of an order number or an order confirmation email does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
      • We try to maintain an accurate website. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical or other error, Spas and More reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product.
      • Verification of billing information, shipping address and credit card approval will be required prior to the acceptance and shipping of any order.
      • Spas and More reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
      • All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Spas and More does not express or imply any warranty.
      • Spas and More expressly disclaims liability for injuriy or loss arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us.
      • Our only obligation in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied is to replace any item proved to be defective.
      • The customer is responsible for all labor and shipping charges on defective or returned items that are not covered by the manufacturers warranty.
      • It is expressly understood and agreed that all merchandise sold shall remain the property of Spas and More until payment in full is received by Spas and More.
      • In event of default of payment in full, Spas and More shall reserve the right to retake possession of all unpaid merchandise, by any means provided by law.
      • All costs incurred by Spas and More for the collection of debt or repossession will be paid by the customer.
